Community Guidelines
Version: 1.0
Effective: July 7, 2026
The Daily Scroll is built for useful local news, public conversation, and independent reporting. These guidelines apply to posts, comments, reposts, profiles, applications, and media.
Be Accurate
Do not knowingly publish false or misleading information. Correct important mistakes when you find them. Label unverified material honestly.
Respect People
Do not harass, threaten, target, intimidate, or dehumanize people. Do not publish private personal information without consent.
Use Media Responsibly
Only upload or embed media you have the right to use. Do not remove watermarks, misrepresent ownership, or submit copied broadcaster, photographer, creator, or publisher media as your own.
Sensitive And Adult Content
Use the 18+ / NSFW controls when required. Do not post sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, graphic exploitation, or content that violates law or platform safety requirements.
No Spam Or Manipulation
Do not spam, manipulate votes or traffic, create fake engagement, evade restrictions, or use automation in abusive ways.
Enforcement
The Daily Scroll may limit visibility, remove content, pause monetization, suspend accounts, require edits, or take other action when these guidelines are violated.
